These general terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between 123 CUSTHOME (hereinafter « the Seller ») and any customer making a purchase on the website custhome-creation.fr (hereinafter « the Customer »).

These T&Cs apply to all sales of artisanal creations made by the Seller, whether catalogue items or custom-made orders. By placing an order, the Customer acknowledges having read and accepted these terms without reservation.
The creations offered are unique handmade pieces made from wood, plexiglass and acrylic. Each item may present slight variations in colour, texture or dimensions, which constitutes the charm of handmade work and the authenticity of each piece. Photographs on the site are provided for indicative purposes.
Prices are indicated in euros including VAT. The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in force at the time of order validation. Delivery charges are calculated automatically based on weight and destination.
The Customer places an order directly on the website. After basket validation and payment, a confirmation email is sent. For custom creations, a detailed quote is prepared upon request and must be validated by the Customer before any production begins.
Payment is made online by credit card via our secure payment provider. For custom-made orders, a 30% deposit may be requested before production begins, with the balance paid before shipment.

Custom orders involve prior exchange with the Customer to precisely define the specifications. The process is as follows:
In accordance with applicable legislation, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal on catalogue items, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.
IMPORTANT — Personalised and custom-made creations: in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, personalised or custom-made creations (specifications chosen by the Customer) do not benefit from any right of withdrawal. They are neither refundable, nor exchangeable, nor returnable. This exclusion applies from the validation of the quote and payment of the deposit.
Creations benefit from the legal conformity guarantee (2 years) and the hidden defects guarantee. In the event of proven non-conformity, the Customer may request repair, replacement or refund of the item. For any claim, please contact the Seller by email describing the problem encountered in detail.
The Seller cannot be held liable for damage resulting from misuse of products, lack of maintenance or normal wear and tear. The Seller's liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned.
In the event of a dispute, the Customer may contact the consumer mediator free of charge. In accordance with applicable regulations, the Customer may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform. These T&Cs are subject to French law. In the event of persistent disagreement, the competent court will be that of the Seller's registered office.
